Shipping Information 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. Collecto charges a $15 standard shipping fee on all orders shipping to the United States. This is due to the fact that many of our products are being shipped from remote towns all around the world. 
 

Orders are shipped from our partner brands. If you encounter any issues with an order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged at customercare@collectoshop.com

 

RETURNS & CREDIT

Returns Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by original packaging, such as boxes, tags and any protection materials. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. Please remember that we cannot accept returns on items that have been customized especially for you. 
 
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that the cost of the return shipping is incurred by the customer. To insure that items are not damaged in transit, consider working with a trusted courier and possibly insuring items. 
 
Store Credit
 
All qualifying and accepted returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please be aware that the credit will expire within one year and can be used towards the purchase of any available item on our site. 
 
How to Return
 
The process of returning an item is simple.
  • Please email our customer care team at customercare@collectoshop.com with the order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
  • Re­package and send the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your credit has been issued. 
 
Order Cancellation
 
You are able to cancel an order within the first hour of having placed it. Please contact our customer care team at customercare@collectoshop.com to make this request. When successfully cancelled, you will receive a notification email and a refund for the full order value will be credited back to your original method of payment.
